  We have been here many times before, having loved the food, and had decent service in the past. Last night's experience will put an end to our long time relationship with this establishment.
  
  As always, we ordered 3 courses (before dessert), all ordered at once as the chef requests. As always, we requested that there would be plenty of time given between courses as we have very small appetites but LOVE to try many different dishes. The server assured us this was no problem. We also ordered two bottles of wine for four people; thinking we were settled in for the night and expecting the length of time fine cuisine demands.
  
  When the server brought out the second course before my father's soup was finished, I complained. It's pretty standard to expect a fine dining establishment to not bring out a second course while the first course is still on the table! Seeing we were upset, management came to the table and instead of attempting to diffuse the situation, told us this is how the chef sends out the courses, and the last course could not be delayed. I asked them to cancel the last course until we were ready. They cancelled it all right and refused to serve us an entre. I HAVE NEVER BEEN REFUSED TO BE SERVED IN A RESTAURANT! Good for them that they can afford to turn away customers. This type of rude behavior should put a place out of business. They don't know the meaning of the word hospitality.
